Because each person’s needs are different, we work closely with the patient, family members and physician to develop a plan of care that is completely individualized. Our home care Professions carry laptop computers to enter key data right in the home. That way, they spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care.
Arranging for Home Care
Along with physicians, patients and their family members or friends can request home care. We will be happy to arrange free admission screenings in the setting most convenient to you — your home, the hospital, or in a long-term care facility — to assess whether home care is appropriate.
Costs and Insurance
Home care services prescribed by and delivered according to the orders of a doctor are usually covered by insurance, including Medicare. Our staff will gladly discuss your individual services, costs, insurance coverage and billing so your family will know exactly what expenses to expect.
