Information We Receive From You
- DRMC may, in the future collect information through the use of "cookies" on the browser of your computer and/or through request of personal information such as contact information, health topic preferences, and so forth ("User Information").
- Users may choose to create, develop and enter information and materials onto the Website which may be transmitted and/or stored on the Web site servers, and which, for purposes hereof, are called Submissions. Submissions may include information
maintained by the User in the course of providing health services to a patient concerning the patient and services provided.
Use of Cookies
- DRMC may place a "cookie" on the browser of your computer. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. A choice by DRMC to use "cookies” would be to enhance the performance of its Web site, to allow customized features of the Web site to perform properly for each User, to track pages which are being hit and determine by whom, and to store demographic information for the User to establish a setup/address book. If DRMC employs cookies, you must allow the cookie to be placed on your computer as a condition of using the Web site.
Disclosure of Information We Receive From You
- Except as set forth in this section, we will not disclose to any unaffiliated company any of the User Information. Any information provided to entities affiliated with us will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We will also provide User Information to our vendors and suppliers when it is necessary for them to provide us with products and services related to better operation and maintenance of our Web site (our "Vendors"). The foregoing is stored with that in mind. Our staff must abide by our Privacy Statement and those who violate it are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. We will store all information and data in our database and/or on the database of the host of the DRMC Web site.
- All clinical data exchanged through the DRMC Web site is stored on and transmitted
using servers that meet all current security requirements and regulations.
Use of Web site By Children and Non-U.S. Users
- This Web site is not intended to be used by children. We comply with the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act and do not knowingly collect personal identifiable
